Calling All Scouts:
If your student is a Cub Scout or Girl Scout, please reach out to president@gulledgepta.org to sign them up for the opening Field Day Flag Ceremony. Please include your student's name, grade, teacher and unit (troop or pack) in your email. Cub Scouts will wear Class A uniforms and Girl Scouts will wear their vests or sashes.

Learn How to Volunteer at Gulledge
We are happy to have you be a part of the Gulledge family and look forward to working with you.
Getting set up is a 2-step process.
1. Plano ISD Volunteer System (VOLY) – Create an account and complete an application, online orientation, and criminal history check. These items need to be completed each school year by volunteers to be eligible for district/school volunteer opportunities. Volunteers can visit plano.voly.org to create a volunteer account and begin this process.
2. Volunteer Interest Form – Complete our 2023-2024 Volunteer Interest Form. This is not a commitment -- just let us know in what area you might be interested in helping and we can reach out to discuss opportunities that fit your family and schedule.
