2025-2026 Executive Board Members

Lakshmi Sekar, 1st Vice President, Programs

As a proud mom of a 4th grader and a dedicated member of the PTA for the past three years, Lakshmi is currently serving her second year as the Vice President of Programs. A graduate of BITS with a Master degree in Computer Science, she has a deep passion for volunteering and being an active part of the school community. As part of Programs, she has arranged for more fun and interesting assemblies. Her interest in the school system led her to work as a teacher's assistant, where she enjoyed supporting students and teachers. Outside of her volunteer work, she loves watching documentaries, playing board games with family and friends. She is committed to fostering a positive and engaging environment for students and their families at the school. We are happy to have her as part of our PTA team.

“I joined Gulledge PTA to become a part of this community and to know more about the school system. Being part of this wonderful team allows me to support the amazing teachers and contribute to the education of all children through PTA programs. I love being a part of the Gulledge family.”

She loves reading all genres but   especially historical fiction and you will often find her volunteering at the library.   Her hobbies include reading, art, mushroom foraging, nature walks and   traveling.

"I have loved volunteering at Gulledge for the past five years. It brings me       joy to support our teachers and staff while contributing to memorable experiences   for all our Gators.

Marie Callier, 4th Vice President, Membership

My name is Marie Callier and I will be your Membership Chair for the 2024-25   school year. I’m super excited to be in this role and I can’t wait to work alongside   some awesome individuals. I am a graduate of the University of North Texas with a   BS and MS in Accounting. By day, I am a Workday Financials Support Architect and at night I get to be a mom to a sweet, amazing kiddo named MJ (5 th grade) and a

wife to my husband, Myron. My husband and I have been in the Plano area for  almost 19 years and my son has been a proud Gulledge Gator since Kindergarten!   I’ve always had a passion for working with and mentoring youth and have done so   within my church affiliation. After having a child of my own, I can gladly say that my   time is now devoted to his many school events and extracurricular activities as he

is what motivated me to join the PTA. I’m thrilled to continue supporting him and the Gator community and I look forward to an exciting school year!
