Follow the easy, step-by-step instructions below to get started on VOLY!

 

1) Online VOLY Form

PISD requires that all volunteers complete an application annually online if you wish you volunteer on any campus. Each school year, when you return to VOLY, you will need to re-submit your personal information.

 

2) PowerPoint: Do NOT Skip

As part of the online process, you are required to watch the PowerPoint Presentation. IMPORTANT: You cannot skip or bypass this feature; otherwise, you will not be able to complete the process

 

3) Criminal History Background Check

Once you have submitted your consent for a background check, you have reached the end the VOLY Registration process.

 

4) Confirmation Email: Success!

If you have received an email from PISD, you have successfully registered and have been granted the privilege to volunteer on any PISD campus!

No Email? Check the status of your application

After your application has been submitted, you are able to check VOLY for your status. You should have all green boxes within 14 days of the application, no further action on your end. The school/PTA will also be able to confirm that you have been approved prior to your volunteer shift.

GULLEDGE ELEMENTARY PTA COLOR RUN PARENT VOLUNTEER SIGN UP

Parent Volunteers will assist in working the color run track at allocated color stations, throwing color at kids and most important, clean up! Volunteers will check in and be assigned where they are needed most!

Please arrive around 5:15 pm and check in at the Volunteer table so that you can be assigned to your station. Volunteers are requested to wear their Gulledge Volunteer or GREEN tshirt!
