Character Counts

This month we are focusing on kindness.

We strive for our children to not only be great students, but also great citizens in their communities.  Kindness is being friendly, generous, and considerate.  It means showing others that you care through your words, actions, and choices.

Thank you to all our families for helping us better our school community and enriching the lives of our students!

Color Run

The Gulledge Color Run is our school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, bringing students, families, and staff together for a fun, healthy, and colorful celebration!

Each student will receive a personal fundraising page, with a $35 minimum fundraising goal to participate and opportunities to earn exciting incentives along the way.

On October 22, students will take part in grade-level runs featuring vibrant color stations, music from a DJ, and plenty of fun extras—including the Color Run Store, an ice cream truck, and Spirit Night at Curry Pizza House.

Most importantly, every dollar raised directly supports our students and teachers by funding:

  • Reading and literacy programs
  • Student enrichment opportunities
  • Classroom supplies and learning tools
  • Meaningful learning experiences
  • And much more that helps our Gators learn, grow, and thrive!

Together, we can make this year’s Color Run an unforgettable event while making a lasting impact on the Gulledge community!
