Silent Auction:

This year Gulledge PTA is hosting our Silent Acution ONLINE only.  See the flyer here.  Gulledge PTA Silent Auction will be held January 31 - February 8, 2019. The direct link to the event will be published shortly before the start of the auction.

This year we are featuring the talent and skills of our community during our Silent Auction! If you are a hobby-crafter or run a craft business, we would love to showcase your items. We are looking for any professional quality items hand made by YOU! If you run a non-craft business and would like to contribute items or gift certificates, we welcome your participation as well. Don't worry, if crafting is not your thing, you can still contribute to our Silent Auction by donating gift cards or items for small themed gift baskets. You can create the gift basket yourself or send items to school and we will put the gift basket together for you.

What is a Silent Auction:

Silent auction type of auction in which the bidders simply submit their bids instead of an auctioneer selling at item to the highest bidder present. When placing a bid, you will be able to see the current highest bid, but you will not be able to see who placed it.

All of the funds raised from this great event will benefit the Gulledge PTA and will be used to fund programs that supplement the classroom and enhance the learning environment.

Vendor Recognition:

If you own or manage a business, your donation to the Silent Auction will be tax exempt. Sponsors will be listed on event flyers, our website, Facebook and weekly newsletter in the month of January and February that is received by over 720 Gulledge students and their families as well as school staff. The online listing for your item at the auction website will have your business’s name and a link to your business website.

With your tax-deductible donation, you will help support our school and showcase your business with appreciation and recognition in our community.

If you contribute an item to the Auction as an individual or a hobby crafter and provide your student’s name and teacher, you will be thanked for the donation in the online listing.
